This course continues to introduce students to the lexicon and structural principles of the Spanish language and delves further into the cultures of the Spanish-speaking world, with a special emphasis on Mexico and Spain. It promotes the acquisition of the language skills and the cultural knowledge necessary to participate effectively in multilingual communities at home and around the world. Prerequisite: SPAN 102 or placement determined per Foreign Language Placement Policy.
