NURN 203 - Strategies for Wellness
This course provides a survey of holistic approaches to retain personal wellness. Emphasis is placed on the identification and modification of health risk factors and the development of a plan for personal wellness. This course includes an activity component for implementation of a personal wellness plan. Prerequisite: Registration limited to students enrolled in online degree programs or permission of instructor. Three credit hours (3,0).
