SPECIAL TOPICS IN LEGAL STUDIES This course provides instruction on specialized areas of the law (e.g., contracts; family; insurance; litigation; property; real estate; torts; wills, trusts, and estate; etc.) that graduates may encounter in a professional setting. Prerequisite: LEG 308, or permission of the program director. Three credit hours.
