MKT 440 - Digital Marketing |
This selective course prepares students with a fundamental understanding of digital marketing channels and how successful marketing campaigns in today’s technologically-driven environment use numerous online and mobile platforms. This course covers the principles of digital marketing including internet marketing strategies, user-generated content, search engine optimization, email marketing, viral marketing, social media and mobile marketing campaigns (including SMS text), content strategy, paid and organic search advertising and new and emerging advertising media. Prerequisites: “C” or better in MKT 301, institutional GPA of 2.5 or better and junior/senior standing. Three credit hours.
