This course examines the representations of various cultures and groups in American film. Students will view and analyze films chosen for their issues of race, religion, ethnicity, class, gender, sexuality, and/or ability. Prerequisite: ENGL 102 with a "C" or better or permission of the instructor. Three credit hours.
