NURS 417 - Community Nursing
This course incorporates nursing theory and practice utilizing the nursing process and the Neuman Systems Model to promote health for individuals, families, and groups in the community and for the community as a client. Epidemiology, biostatistics, and public health concepts are incorporated into the course. Prerequisites: “C” or better in NURS 408 and NURS 409. Five semester hours (3,2).
