A study of materials and methods used by the music specialist in the elementary and middle school, including current trends in the inclusion of the techniques of Orff, Kodaly and others into the traditional approaches. Students are introduced to computer assisted technology in the elementary music classroom. Prerequisites: MUSI 112, 114. Two semester hours.
