MSL 302 - Applied Ldrsp Small Unit Oper
This course focuses on applied leadership in small unit operations. Cadets will study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of direct level leadership and small unit tactics at the platoon level. At the conclusion of this course, Cadets will be capable of planning, coordinating, navigating, motivating, and leading a platoon in the execution of a mission. The course includes weekly labs held off campus using peer facilitation overseen by MSL IVs, supervised by ROTC Cadre. Successful completion of this course will help prepare Cadets for the Cadet Summer Training Advance Camp held in the summer at Fort Knox, KY. (3 hrs. classroom, 3 hrs. lab, weekly). Prerequisite: MSL 301. Four semester hours.
