PEES 402 - Prin Strength and Conditioning |
Knowledge and application of precesses and principles of health related physical fitness in physical education and sport settings. This cours is designed to investigate current techniques and theories of strength training and conditioning for various sports and activities from physiological and biomechanical perspectives. Pre-requisties: Pees 144 and Pees 311 or approval by instructor. Three semester hours.
