SPED 321 - Teaching Reading to Needs
Teaching Reading to Students with Diverse Learning Needs: This course will provide students with an overview of research based methods for teaching reading to students with exceptional learning needs from a variety of theoretical perspectives. Emphasis will be placed on the methods and techniques for teaching reading to individuals and groups with mild to moderate disabilities and speakers of a second language. Prerequisite: Formal admission to Teacher Education Program. Three semester hours.
