Nursing theory and practice using the nursing process and the Neuman Systems Model to promote health for individuals, families, and groups in the community and for the community as a client. Incorporates epidemiology, biostatistics, and public health concepts. Prerequisites: Grade of “C” or better in NURS 408, and 409. Five semester hours. (3,2).
