PHYS 202 - Introductory Physics |
A non-calculus coverage of the fundamental principles of physics and their application. Topics include mechanics, heat, sound, electricity and magnetism, and atomic and nuclear physics. Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory weekly. Prerequisite: MATH 121, 123 or 131. A grade of “C” or better in PHYS 201 is a prerequisite for PHYS 202. Four semester hours per course.
