A study of the role of Management Information Systems in organizations. Topics include various enterprise systems, implementing systems, networks, information management, decision making, and the latest trends in information systems. Prerequisites: BA 101 with a "C" or better. For business majors additional prerequisites include completion of 45 semester hours, overall and institution GPAs of 2.50 or better, successful completion of required competency assessments and completion of ACCT 201, BA 225, ECON 202 and ENGL 275 with a “C” or better. Three semester hours.
