NURN 412 - Nursing Leadership and Managem |
(On-line course) Nursing theory and practice using the nursing process to plan and coordinate care focusing on agencies as clients. Synthesizes nursing, leadership, and management theories to effect change in the health care delivery system. Incorporates decision-making experiences in multidisciplinary groups. Taken in the final semester of the student's program. Prerequisite: Grade if "C" or above in NURN 307, NURN 340, and NURN 415, or permission of the instructor. Four semester hours (2,6).
