HCMT 311 - Managed Care/Health Care Finan |
An overview of the concepts of managed care and managed care organizations. Reimbursement mechanisms and financial strategies for inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, ambulatory and non-hospital-based settings will be explored. Prerequisites: "C" or better in HCMT 201 and ENGL 275; corequisite: FINA 301. Three semester hours.
