Nursing theory and practice using the nursing process to plan and coordinate care focusing on agencies as clients. Synthesizes nursing, leadership, and management theories to effect change in the health care delivery system. Incorporates decision-making experiences in multidisciplinary groups. Taken in final semester of student's proram. Prerequisites: Grade of "C" or above in NURS 408, and NURS 409. Four semester hours. (2,6).
