EDUC 692 - MM: Art, Music, and Movement |
The Art curriculum provides techniques that promote creative expression. Art activities for the classroom, designing and preparing an art environment, and developing an appreciation for art are highlights of this course. The music/movement component of this course explores the history of music, exercises in auditory training, music theory, eurythmics, composition, kinesthetic and dance. The teacher will learn to integrate music activities with creative movement expression. A graduate level research component will be required.
