An examination of the basic principles of real estate with particular emphasis on first time home buying. Topics include real estate characteristics, purchase and sale contracts and financing. Designed for both business and non-business majors. Prerequisite: ECON 101 or ECON 201, ACCT 202 and ENGL 275. Three semester hours.
